Having started my career on the drawing board I’m lucky enough to be able to draw on more than just a few years of graphic design experience, from my time as an artworker, through to designer and then onto running a studio and art directing before starting my own design studio in the mid eighties.
I was at the cusp of the digital revolution and managed to combine my ‘old school’ skills with this new technology. My first Apple Mac, a IIci, had an 80mb hard drive and 8mb RAM, which meant you really did have time to make a cuppa while Photoshop was saving a file.
I am an expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The page make-up software I use is mainly QuarkXPress but artwork can also be produced in InDesign.
